When submitting inquiries through our contact form, you agree to provide accurate information. You must not use our services to obtain falsified performance data or misrepresent hardware specifications to third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our assessments reflect conditions at the time of testing. We are not liable for changes in hardware performance due to subsequent modifications, environmental changes, or firmware updates. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranty that assessment results will satisfy third-party requirements such as landlord approvals, insurance underwriting, or regulatory compliance, though we design our reports to support such applications.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suwon, Gyeonggi Province.
