ASIC Hardware Assessment

Comprehensive bench evaluation of ASIC miners at or above 0.05 TH/s, including hash rate verification, thermal behaviour, and documented power draw under conservative cooling.

ASIC Hardware Assessment

Who This Is For

Small-to-mid-scale mining operators, colocation facility managers, and hardware resellers who need verified performance data before purchase, lease signing, or warranty claims. If you are comparing two or more ASIC models above the 0.05 TH/s threshold and need documented figures rather than manufacturer brochures, this assessment is built for your decision.

What You Receive

A written report covering:

  • Verified hash rate at 220V under our standard conservative cooling profile (ambient 24°C, intake airflow 1.2 m/s)
  • Wall-socket wattage measured at 15-minute intervals over a 4-hour run
  • Junction temperature readings at stock and underclocked settings
  • Acoustic level at one metre (dBA)
  • Firmware version and any observed stability issues during the test window

What Is Excluded

We do not perform board-level repairs, firmware flashing beyond stock settings, or overclocking beyond manufacturer limits. Pool configuration and profitability modelling are outside this service scope.

Process

  1. Intake call — You describe the unit model, serial number, and any known issues. We confirm compatibility with our bench setup.
  2. Drop-off or collection — Units arrive at Office 7, 58 Demo-gil, Paldal-gu, Suwon, or we arrange collection within Gyeonggi-do for an additional fee.
  3. Bench run — Our technicians run the 4-hour protocol described above.
  4. Report delivery — PDF report sent to your email within three business days of test completion.

Preparation

Bring the unit with its original power supply if applicable. Clean intake filters improve thermal accuracy. Allow 48 hours notice for scheduling during peak months (November–February).

Next Step

Submit a request through our contact form with the model name and quantity. We will confirm availability and provide a firm quote based on unit count.
