Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and processing procedures for Page Lagoonfield assessment services.

Overview

This policy applies to paid assessment services booked through Page Lagoonfield Mining Review Co., Ltd. It does not apply to third-party hardware purchases, which are governed by your agreement with the seller.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We cancel your booking due to bench unavailability or equipment failure on our end
  • You cancel at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled bench date
  • We are unable to complete the agreed assessment due to an error on our part

Partial Refund

A 50% refund applies if:

  • You cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days before your scheduled bench date
  • You reschedule more than twice after the initial booking

No Refund

Refunds are not available if:

  • You cancel fewer than 3 calendar days before the scheduled bench date
  • You no-show without prior notice
  • The assessment has been completed and the report delivered
  • You request falsified data and we decline to proceed (deposit forfeited)

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to reserve bench time. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 3 days of the scheduled date. Deposits are applied to the final invoice upon service completion.

Cancellation Process

Email info@page-lagoonfield.click with your booking reference and requested cancellation date. We confirm cancellation and refund eligibility within 2 business days.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 5 days before the original date. Additional reschedules incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds to Korean accounts typically arrive within 3 additional business days.

Work Already Started

If bench testing has begun before you request cancellation, you will be charged for hours already spent at our standard hourly rate (₩60,000/hour), deducted from any eligible refund.

Materials and Travel

Pre-purchased materials (e.g., replacement thermal pads installed at your request) and travel fees for on-site collection are non-refundable once incurred.
